Our Mission Statement

To continuously work within our company and our industry to improve ourselves and the standards in the property management field. Our clients must see we are always searching for new and innovative ideas to benefit the Associations we represent. We must hold ourselves to the highest standards of service and satisfaction. Our goal is to exceed our customer's expectations by providing the highest level of customer service, professionalism, and industry expertise. We achieve these goals by providing courteous service, availability, frequent site inspections, continuing education, and attention to all details, great and small.

Our Company

The staff of Premier Condominium Management, LLC (PCM) have over 25 years of combined experience in the property management field, specifically condominium management. PCM is experienced in managing Associations with as little as eight (8) to as many as 277 units. Our expertise in the field allows us the opportunity to service our clients with the knowledge required to properly represent the interests of the Association and protect the co-owner's investment.

The owners and management team include individuals with Business and Accounting degrees. An owner also has 35 years of direct experience in the construction field, is a licensed contractor, and is invaluable in dealing with contractors on behalf of our clients.

For the last eighteen (18) years, PCM has specialized in condominium management. We do not dilute our services by managing apartments, co-ops, or commercial properties.

PCM is a long-standing member of the United Condominium Owners of Michigan (UCOM) and offers certification and courses through the Community Associations Institute (CAI) to all of our property managers.

Working in Community Management for the last 22 years and obtained CMCA, AMS, and PCAM certifications.

Personal:
Michigan native who has lived, worked, and raised a family in Southeast Michigan for 30 years.

Working in the Community Management industry as a contractor for the last 15 years, holds a Bachelor's of Business Management, and is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business program.

Personal:
Married since 2010 with four children and enjoys classic cars, sports, and spending time with his family.

We had storms that caused gutter and roofing damage to two of our units. We called Premier, and they took care of our community quickly. Within hours, they were on site assessing the damage, tarping off the roof, and cleaning up.
